Meet Captain Beli
Berlioz Mauricio Guerrero, best known as “Beli” is a proud Belizean, a PADI Certified Dive Master, and the heart behind Wave Warrior Tours. Born and Raised on Ambergris Caye, Beli’s Family has called the Island Home for generations, and his Love for the sea runs as deep as his roots. At only 14, he earned his Open Water Certification, followed by his Rescue Diver and Captain’s License at 17. By the time he graduated High School, He was already a Licensed Tour Guide, ready to share his passion with the world.
For over 15 years, Beli has been leading Guests across the Belizean Barrier Reef and leading unforgettable Main Land Adventures. Whether it’s exploring beneath the waves, casting a line over the reef or discovering Belize’s Lush Jungles and Ancient Mayas Sites. Beli brings every journey to life with knowledge, enthusiasm, and true Love for His Country, his respect for the ocean and his genuine Love for La Isla Bonita shine through on every tip.

Meet Bill
Bill first visited Ambergris Caye in 2004 and was instantly captivated by its crystal clear waters, sandy beaches and laid back Island Charm. So much so so that he purchased a Vacation Home on the South End of the Island and has been returning to Ambergris Caye with His Family ever since. One unforgettable Snorkeling Trip with his Lovely Wife, Lorraine, Bill met Beli and the idea of Wave Warrior Tours was born!
When he’s not in Belize, Bill calls Bloomington, Indiana Home, where he serves as President of William Hanna Trucking INC., A Proud Family Owned Business that’s been serving the community since 1947. Whether in San Pedro or Bloomington, Bill is always Happy to share his recommendations, so don’t be shy if you see him around!
