What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for all trips! Due to the need to prepare our crew and boat, cancellations within 24 hours or failure to show will result in full charges.
What is the capacity of the boat?
Our boat can accommodate up to 6 people (8 if you include the crew).
What if I’ve never snorkeled before?
Just let us know! Our snorkel tours are perfect for first-time snorkelers. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, and move at a pace you’re comfortable with.
Will we see stingrays, sharks and turtles?
Thanks to our amazing barrier reef, there is a very good chance of seeing stingrays, friendly nurse sharks and sea turtles all year round! If seeing a specific animal is important to you, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
What should I bring with me for a tour?
Towel, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, a camera and perhaps a cover-up in case it gets windy out on the water. All snorkel and fishing gear is provided.
Do you provide transportation from my resort/hotel?
Yes! Please let us know if you’d like resort pickup. You are also welcome to board at our private pier on Back Street.
